If you have a complaint about our services:

Tell your teacher if you are not happy with your class OR tell
the Centre Coordinator if you have a complaint about an AMEP
service or your class.

If you are not satisfied after you have spoken to the Centre
Coordinator you can contact the Northern AMEP manager. Phone the
Northern AMEP Help Line on 1300 062 314.

If you still believe that your problem is unresolved, you can
make a request in writing for an external review.
