Enrolling in AMEP
Who can enrol in AMEP?
You may be eligible to enrol in Northern AMEP classes if you are
a migrant or refugee settling in Australia with a permanent visa,
and you speak little or no English.
You might also be eligible to join the program if you are:
a migrant with a provisional visa
a young person (15 to 17).

You need to register for AMEP classes within six months of
arriving in Australia or gaining permanent residence. You should
begin your English classes within one year.
